What is a holistic approach?

The Mind-Body Medicine Skills Group in Infertility is held for 10 weeks consecutively, with a one month and four month follow-up meeting. The initial sessions are three hours, while the follow-up sessions are two.

The instructive sessions cover all evidence-based medical aspects of mind-body medicine, including:

  • The history of Mind-Body Medicine.
  • The latest research on stress physiology, imagery, spirituality and emotional awareness.

Experiential exercises are taught in:

  • Meditation.
  • Biofeedback.
  • Yoga.
