A Message For Patients Of Arizona Reproductive Institute
We know that the closure of ARI may be a difficult and uncertain time for you. Please know that we are here to support you during this transition and into the future.
We are an independent, family-run practice; and our team is dedicated to providing top-quality and personalized care to each and every one of our patients. With this unwavering commitment, we want to be transparent about the limitations of what we are able to offer at this time.
We are doing our best to coordinate new patients
We are experiencing an extremely high volume of inquiries from ARI patients. We understand the urgency of this situation, and are committed to answering every message as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience during this time.
Please request your patient records from ARI as soon as possible
If you would like to become a patient at Reproductive Health Center, please note your transfer of care from ARI is not automatic. We are not affiliated with Arizona Reproductive Institute and do not have access to your records.
Even if you do not plan on transferring your care or treatment to our clinic, we strongly recommend you obtain a copy of your full medical records from ARI directly. To request your medical records release from the Arizona Reproductive Institute website use this URL: https://arifertility.com/medical-records-release/
Contact our New Patient Coordinator for appointments
To establish care with Dr. Hutchison, please contact our New Patient Coordinator, Carol, at 520-783-8680.
Please note due to the high volume of new patient inquiries in addition to serving our existing patients, appointment availability may be limited. We are currently scheduling patients who have completed testing and are ready for treatment or are already in treatment.
Our IVF lab will be closed from March 6th-27th 2023, and we will not be scheduling IVF during that time. Please see the next section for more details.
Arrange genetic material storage with Reprotech
If you have genetic material (eggs, embryos, or sperm) stored at ARI, we recommend transferring your storage to Reprotech, which has safe cryostorage facilities in multiple states.
The closest Reprotech facility is in Nevada – you can reach them at 775-284-2795 or find their full contact information here.
Our clinic is updating our on-site cryostorage to a more secure and automated system in March 2023. To facilitate this change, we will not be scheduling IVF during March. For this reason, we can only accept short-term storage of your genetic material if you are scheduling a transfer or IUI in January, February, or April of 2023.
Welcome!
If you are a patient of Arizona Reproductive Institute and need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here for you and want to make your experience as stress-free as possible.
