Happy New Year! Time to review your plan for family building
The New Year gives us opportunity to review the past year and decide what we will change in the coming year. Have you been postponing a new patient consult or a follow up visit to discuss your options? The New Year is a great time to revisit your fertility treatment program, start treatment for infertility or look at other options for family building.

Eat Healthy, Hana Feeney, RD holds regular classes monthly designed to help you reach your fertility health goals. Call the office for dates and times.
Exercise Regularly, we are happy to discuss fitness routines and options to get you on track to move more. These days it can be as easy as using a Fit Bit or other device that tracks your movement. Grab a friend and go on a walk, chatting reduces stress and keeps you walking longer.

Consider IVF, if you have been in treatment for infertility and are considering moving on to IVF, but have questions and concerns, call us. Holly, our IVF coordinator, will be happy to sit down with you and discuss whether or not this treatment option is right for you.
Consider 3rd Party Reproduction, Sperm donation and Egg donation are often the answers to couples with severe male factor infertility or for women with declining ovarian reserve. Again, Holly and Randi, our egg donor coordinator, are happy to meet with you to discuss this option.
Consider Adoption or Embryo Adoption, We can help connect you with organizations who can guide you through either process.
