The office will be on abbreviated hours:

June 21 to July 6, 2012

Open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 12:00 noon

The office will be closed Wednesday July 4, 2012

The office staff can assist you with scheduling appointments, insurance authorization and lab testing requests (including pregnancy tests).

Normal office hours will resume on Monday July 9, 2012.
